Focused beta update for companion sync, desktop re-sync feedback and the mobile OBD dashboard.

Desktop sync

Re-sync now asks the companion for a full latest snapshot instead of waiting for a passive packet.
Desktop shows waiting feedback while the companion prepares the transfer.
Diagnostic readings sent from mobile are now attached to the matching desktop vehicle.

Companion OBD

Added a compact live dashboard for RPM, speed, coolant, load, throttle, voltage and DTC status.
Added shift cue guidance based on RPM, speed, load and throttle where available.
Expanded auto-capture thresholds to 3000 rpm and 40, 50 and 70 mph.

Diagnostics guidance

Cold coolant readings are treated as normal warm-up behavior after engine start.
High coolant temperature still produces warning/critical diagnostics.
