Focused beta update for companion dashboards, bidirectional sync, desktop dashboard performance and garage appointments.

Companion dashboard

Added a compact vehicle dashboard on iPhone with health, garage booking, OBD and priority alert tiles.
Fixed clipped dashboard cards on iPhone by replacing unstable lazy grid layout inside lists.
Garage tile now shows existing booked appointments instead of incorrectly reporting no booking.
Diagnostic entry rows are easier to tap: the whole row now focuses the correct value field, with clearer icons and color cues.
Mileage fields select the current value on focus so new mileage can be typed without manual deletion.

Mobile Sync is now a dashboard with local data, nearby desktop, received packet and sent packet status.
The Sync button now sends mobile data to desktop and requests the latest desktop data back.
Package summaries now include vehicles, readings, OBD sessions, fuel, maintenance, bookings and inventory.

Re-sync lives in the top-right toolbar and requests fresh companion data instead of waiting passively.
Dashboard sections are lighter and use arrange presets instead of drag and drop.
Vehicle detail sections now lazy-load, improving navigation fluidity with larger datasets.

Added booked garage appointments with date, time, place and planned work.
Planned parts are not deducted from inventory until the appointment is completed and paid.
Fixed migration handling for existing maintenance records.
